Description
Position: The Business Administration Program at Lees-McRae College, Banner Elk, North Carolina, is seeking to fill a faculty position in Management and Small Business Development for the 2010-2011 academic year. The position is at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level (depending on qualifications).
Qualifications: Potential candidates must possess a Masters (required) or Ph.D. (preferred) degree in the field of Business with emphasis in Management and/or Small Business Development. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to teach courses in the following areas: principles of management, organizational behavior, human resources and entrepreneurship at the undergraduate level. Other responsibilities include advising of students, as well as committee and public service. Special emphasis will be placed on academic and work experience in the area of study. For applicants seeking the Division Chair position, management and leadership experience should be highlighted.
