An earned Doctorate of Business Administration or a Ph.D. in Management. A minimum of two years of administrative and/or teaching experience in higher education. Courses to be taught include but are not limited to MAN 3240 Organizational Behavior, MAN 3353 Management Theory and Practices, MAN 4120 Leadership and Group Dynamics, MAN 4301 Human Resource Management, MAN 4342 Supervisory Skills, MAN 4162 Customer Relations for Managers, MAN 4504 Operational Decision Making, GEB 4891 Strategic Management and Decision Making, MAN 4900 Capstone-Supervision and Management. St. Johns River Community College invites applications for the position of Director of the Organizational Management Baccalaureate Program. This is a 12 month instructional position with responsibility for all aspects of a new Organizational Management program. This includes organization, administration, continuous review, planning, development and general program effectiveness. This program is part of the academic structure of St. Johns River Community College and is administered by the Director under the general supervision of the Vice President for Workforce Development, the President and the St. Johns River Community College District Board of Trustees. The Director provides the leadership to assure that the College serves its students with academic programs of the highest quality and effectiveness.
