Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: facilitating learning through providing learner-centered classroom and web-based instruction, laboratory management, advising students and evaluating their performance, cooperatively participating in curriculum development, assessing learning outcomes, and maintaining records. Other responsibilities include participating in professional development activities, performing community service, and contributing to College governance through active participation on various teams and committees.
Faculty must possess a master's degree in business from a regionally accredited institution. A minimum of three years full-time related work experience in the field is required. Experience with direct supervision of staff and a background that includes some form of quality improvement experience such as CQI, TQM, Six Sigma or Lean methods are required. Prior teaching experience, preferably in a two-year college setting, is preferred.
