Description This is a high level full-time academic staff position reporting to the Dean of the School of Business. The overall focus is to assist the Dean and Faculty with the growth and sustainability of both undergraduate and graduate programs. While the Dean has primary external relationship building accountability, this position supports and compliments those activities with detailed planning and execution.

Responsibilities: The primary duties fall into four categories, as follows:

1. Sustain and Grow Graduate and Undergraduate Enrollment
a. Develop, deploy and manage a rolling five- year marketing plan for graduate and undergraduate programs.
i. Establish an Edgewood College School of Business Board
ii. Create a differentiation strategy, clearly defining our "value proposition"
iii. Review, modify and enhance, as needed, marketing materials, including hardcopy website information
iv. Assess barriers to growth and recommend improvements
v. Determine target market opportunities
vi. Assess the "voice of the customer" through surveys, focus groups and other measuring techniques to determine satisfaction and need for program changes

b. Support and Grow Business Partnerships
i. Evaluate current partnerships effectiveness and improvement opportunities and partnership terms for possible modifications
ii. Identify potential new partnerships
1. Establish meetings to include the Dean, and other campus leaders as needed
2. Execute new agreements
c. Plan and Execute the Executive Speaker Series
d. Develop programs that contribute to growing the diversity of student populations for graduate and undergraduate students
e. Assess and assist in the management of the international experience
f. Develop and manage quality undergraduate internship experiences

2. Manage and develop student relationships to sustain optimal retention through graduation
a. Prepare quarterly newsletters communicating key activities and events to key audiences
b. Manage the content of the School of Business Website
c. Organize and participate in new student orientations
d. Coordinate student support service and inform students how to access those services
e. With IR, conduct and annual graduate student survey to determine needs and requirements and satisfaction and opportunities for improvement
f. Serve as a liaison to Rotaract and EMBASA to develop positive student experiences
g. Assist with advising as needed
3. Develop and Maintain Graduate Alumni Relations to optimize financial support
a. Organize and manage the annual MB Alumni Awards event
b. Coordinate with Alumni Office the production of an MBA Alumni newsletter twice per semester
c. Assist the Dean in prioritizing the Business School resource needs and raise funds to meet those needs

4. Support the Dean and Faculty as needed in conducting program and curriculum evaluation and analysis, including:
a. Competitive analysis
b. Student satisfaction surveys
c. Assist with preparation for accreditation assessments
d. Evaluate effectiveness of existing concentrations and assess feasibility of new programs

Qualifications: This full- time academic staff position requires a person with appropriate professional education and demonstrated experience, especially in program development, strategic planning and marketing. The minimal degree required is a master's degree in business or closely related field. At least five years of demonstrated experience is required. It is desirable that the incumbent have experience developing and marketing academic programs. Classroom and / or online teaching experience is desirable.

-Must be a self-starter and have the ability to accept and carry out responsibilities
-Proficient in Microsoft products
